To make sales listings, you must provide your Stripe information or your financial account information along with the other required registration information. This information may include your account number and routing number in order to initiate electronic ACH transfers from your account. Your Stripe account or financial account will only be charged for Cattle Marketing Services, Inc. website fees. The money to be paid by the buyer shall be paid directly to the seller. All Cattle Marketing Services, Inc. fees are collected between Cattle Marketing Services, Inc., and the seller, not the buyer. Cattle Marketing Services, Inc., will have no involvement in the financial transaction between buyer and seller. Sellers must provide detailed information about the items to be sold, including a description and/or photo. Sellers are encouraged to provide all terms that will govern the transaction, including but not limited to, their billing address, shipping instructions, insurance instructions, warranty information and any other terms that will apply to transactions involving the seller.

Cattle Marketing Services, Inc., may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on its behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering registration keys and sending e‑mail, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. Such companies have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes as set forth in their own privacy policies and practices that are not governed by Cattle Marketing Services, Inc.
